Her particular skill is to take what can sometimes be complex health and medical information, and write it in a form that is easily understood by the lay person. Her particular passion is to empower people to take charge of their health and well-being, through her writing.
With her highly advanced research skills, you can be sure that all information is sourced from reputable institutions and organisations.
Nerissa’s other writing passions include writing poetry and her blog (http://wordsbynerissa.com/).
When she’s not writing, she can be found improving her own health and fitness, in the kitchen cooking up a storm, or spending time with her beloved family
